was checking out tube.privacytools.io, it seems there is always at least one peer on every video, is that the uploader? or a server acting as a back up when no one else is watching?

thinking of running my own email hosting from home but unsure of the chances there would be an exploit in the software running it that would allow someone access, anyone have thoughts on this?

@alcinnz this anti-consumer behaviour by lenovo has lost them my business, even though I wasn't really spending money with them in the first place, and they won't care that I don't like them anymore, it has certainly helped me narrow down the companies I will consider for my next laptop!

@fribbledom the joke I have with this breach is that, because it happened before I joined, my data won't be leaked until next year!

@reay when I was 10 we didn't text each other at all! only big kids got that sort of thing.. now I'm seeing 12 year olds in primary school walking around with them...

@freddy thank you! I had a quick question, is there a way to browse a certain instance that isn't the one your account is hosted on? I've found the "profile directory" which lists random users from the fediverse, but I haven't found a way to browse a specific instance. Thanks!
