Linus dear, when you're testing a transparent OLED display maybe put it in the middle of the studio instead of facing a wall.

And then actually show off the gimmick by using a black Windows wallpaper so you get the fancy 'floating holographic windows' movie effect.

And run similar games with black or dark backgrounds like Baba is You or VVVVV.

The whole monitor's reason of existence is that its a gimmick - use the gimmick!!

I think that was the entire reason it was up against the wall. If it had anything that wasn't a plain texture behind it then people would realise how dumb and unusable it is.

@tilduke he admits its useless multiple times since the beginning of the video - and that's fine. The monitor is a limited edition corporate-anniversary "look what we can do!" muscle-flex sort of a product.

And you know, I'm actually fine with that - I love seeing cool but useless things being made. Just that when you show it off, show it off right :x
