Apparently there is an offical Mastodon client in development for iOS.
This is stupid.
iOS has like 6 Mastodon clients already; wouldn't it be better if we developed a proper, native, lightweight GUI client for Linux and Windows instead? Am I the only one who wants this?
I am the only one who cares about this right? :blobcatsad:

@person After seeing the travesty that is the official reddit client, I think generally we should leave work on specific apps to 3rd parties that are actually good at app development.

I don't care that the official Reddit client is terrible. I just hate that the mobile site now has a popup on every visit forcing it down your throat.

@tilduke yeah, that's why I'm only accessing reddit with a 3rd party client when I'm on the phone, it's all in all a way better experience, and I paid for it a long time ago too it's preferrable even to the redesign, I'm also one of those weird. using old reddit :p
