Is it like a power move to just ignore questions in emails that you don't have the answer to? I see people in senior positions doing this.

@InternetRooky someone at my job blatantly ignores my questions but copies me on emails related to my job function so which is it, lady? 🤣 she’s not senior leadership but works under a member of it so I guess that plays into it? Like don’t bother me then if you’re just gonna ignore my advice that YOU asked for!
@thedeltaflyer Yeah behavior like this is weird to me. I could give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they're just moving too quickly to realize. I think these are like office politics strategies that people pick up consciously or unconsciously.
