Really feeling frustrated with my previous self right now. I'm new to understanding the importance of privacy and have been doing some OSINT on myself.
I'm screwed. Business licenses, chat room records, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.
All publicly visible and accessible from even just a simple web search.
I have been so reckless, and it feels incredibly discouraging starting from a non-privacy-conscious place.
How does one recover from the past?
@techygrue that or you could request the removal and deletion of all your data from the services you used to use, most services should have such a facility.
@techygrue I think its best to just leave the past behind you and to take steps to avoid making the same mistakes again (same applies to life 🙂).
