@fatboy I loved the idea of xmpp once I self-hosted it on one of my VPSs but, try as I might, just got no interest from others, so it was never used. Same goes for @session unfortunately. It sucks that a lot of the time you know a service/app makes sense, but the network effect is an uphill battle.
