π΅οΈ Looking for a survey tool that will enable us to:
1. Ask participants questions about 'digital readiness'
2. Display results in a radar plot
Open Source preferable, but for this client it really needs there to be a free/cheap SaaS option (as we don't usually host things long-term for clients)

I think they support graphs etc for showing results, but not sure about a radar plot.
