What is the most #privacy-respecting, heavily-used online payment / patronage system?

P.S. We know some/all of these do not fully respect privacy. Please comment with others. It is most appreciated.
@theprivacyfoundation PayPal is definitely not privacy-respecting and Venmo is even worse. Out of those three, I would say Stripe. The Tor Project uses it for donations as does fosspay, what I use instead of Liberapay or Patreon.

I was interested in checking out LiberaPay for donations etc., but maybe I'll also take a look at Fosspay.
