Arguing that you don’t care about the right to privacy because you have nothing to hide is no different than saying you don’t care about free speech because you have nothing to say
@dajbelshaw I read somewhere that this argument is like saying that you don't care about violations of personal rights so long as they happen to other people.
@Downes @dajbelshaw Yep, that's pretty much it. I also point out that even if privacy, anonymity etc means nothing to you, for some people in the world it can mean the difference between life and death.
