Maybe thats the case?
@sp1rit I checked the diff between rev1.23 and rev1.24, there is nothing → cvs diff -r 1.23 -r 1.24 | grep -i "special exception"

@sp1rit Maybe :-/ How can we be sure? The git repo don't have a v1.24 Tag (http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/bison.git/refs/tags), it's on CVS (http://web.cvs.savannah.gnu.org/) but the web browser is buggy :/
