And it was release in 2013, pre-PRISM news. Too bad nothing has changed since then.

Good documentary around privacy. Heck, I was able to get my wife to watch it too!

@extinct so, what is a CWs? Answered below as I was typing but leaving for anyone with same question.

Also, as I typed this out I see that "CW" as a button above toot! and beside the public settings. It is Content Warning.

Anyone use for programming their scripts and basic apps? I'm looking to Branch out from python and learn something new for desktop software.

Today I learned Graphene is the strongest material known to man. Hopefully, becomes the most secured and private mobile os.

@darylsun I forget who it was, but someone asked why I had some many spreadsheets, and why I couldn't use a csv for data, python for computations, and something like R/LaTeX for graphical views and it changed who I look at data.

@darylsun I've been transitioning to plain text for notes and pre-word processing. CSV for pre-spreadsgeet processing. Then using git to log changes to it for version control. Definitely a neat idea to separate content and processing.

@digicana I don't disagree with you on the chan and gabs of the world. I definitely see this as further fuel to get the backdooring enacted.

Anyone else see where President Trump attacked the internet in a speech today.
"We must shine light on the dark recesses of the internet and stop mass murders before they start."
"The internet, likewise, is used for human trafficking, illegal drug distribution, and so many other heinous crimes. The perils of the internet and social media cannot be ignored and will not be ignored."

It's almost like the 5 eyes are teaming up to further destroy privacy and our freedoms.

@jxself you mention in the linked article you were looking for issue tracker in whatever you move too.
Are you using this I'm GitWeb now?

@jxself what do you use for your website's git? And how does it work for you? Do you work out of the server's git repo or push from a private workspace?

@jonah wonderful, thanks for letting me know. Also please don't block me!

Is it possible for me to block accounts on the federated time? For example, id like to remove the nsfw accounts so I can scroll at work.

I'm specifically talking about my individual account and not asking for the instance to block for all

@greyor I'm in the process of organizing all of my across all devices into a self-hosted Shaarli.

@russell which is why fundamentally Copperhead was a good idea. They should be selling pre-flashed Graphene phones and a support plan. It's an obvious market and there was no reason they had to screw that up originally.

But maybe we're seeing why Copperhead died in the first place. Unrealistic expectations?
