Product review articles almost always give a link to where to buy the thing, and that link always points to #Amazon, which I find disturbing. Are they getting a kickback from Amazon, or are they just being lazy? I'm guessing the latter.
@resist1984 looking at the link, you can tell if it is Amazon associate link. If it is, then yes they get a percentage of sale. Bloggers got to eat to.
@DavidB I would be useful if there were a search engine for product/service reviews that would down-rank results with those kind of links.
@resist1984 I'm not liking all the paid reviews in SERP either. They are a problem on Amazon itself, too. Forums seem to be the best way to find unbiased info on a product/service.
