@yogthos @resist1984 and when the state grants the bare minimum with legislation against employers abuses, they start lobbing to destroy it all. I live in Brazil all the protective structures that we have, workers' legislation, and unions' powers are being destroyed.

@resist1984 @yogthos the issue started even before the coup, Dilma's government undermined social movements momentum compromising the relations of the Worker's Party with them. I'm really sad that the best alternative to Bolsonaro we have right now is to go back to the reformist populism of Lula.
@resist1984 @yogthos there was plenty of moments that if the Worker's Party wanted, they could move forward an impeachment of Bolsonaro, but they choose to let the people suffer and let him bleed so they have a better situation for them in the next elections.

@resist1984 and this more broadly extends to all employer/employee relationships. Working conditions simply have to be better than conditions of unemployment. The less social safety net there is the more exploitative employers become.
