Every time I see a javascript-requiring cloudflare MiTM page I get mad about the current state of the internet

@alcinnz @cwebber Especially when it comes from a source that should know better, like the EFF, or when it's endorsed by an org that has privacy or netneutrality as it's mission. (E.g. #fightForTheFuture)
