@krock my boycotts go deep indeed. I do not have mobile phone service and I already boycott MACFANG for other reasons. I also boycott AT&T especially because they are an #ALEC member (they finance extreme rt wing politics in the US, such as climate denial). But note that Motorola and HP directly support Israeli military (HP has a hand in the gaza blockade & motorola supplies them)
@resist1984 Pressure should be applied on all fronts, but I have no great recommendation. My point is that the US and a very large number of its tech and A&D companies are deeply invested there. These companies and the US gov could pressure Israel but are unlikely or unable to abandon Israel.
@krock boycotting seems to be the easiest thing we can do as individuals, but else do you have in mind? Americans can vote against US politicians who support Israel's oppression & expanding colonization, but that's a bit of a futile effort in a 2 party system. All the power is on the side of oppression.
