@molaei As a workaround, you could consider searching in #DuckDuckGo et al. to access certain pages of websites. Follow the pattern "site:URL TERMS...", e.g.:

duckduckgo.com/?q=site%3Aalter

@floppy Actually, here half of the internet is censored by the Government and the other half is sanctioned by US Laws, so we (almost all people) are not unfamiliar with workarounds, I mean VPNs, Tor, etc. But it's frustrating each time we step up on these limitation, I mean, It's an easy search :/

@molaei I wasn't sure how well-known the DDG workaround is, but I heard about the situation. I do get the frustration. :-/

@floppy @molaei in this case the site you were trying to access should be avoided anyway. alternativeto.net is a Tor-blocking site. We need an alternative to alternativeto.net :)
