@eletrotupi some companies match donations, sometimes by a factor of 2. So Alice gives $100; Alice's employer gives $200. I'm actually not clear on how companies justify it to their shareholders. Conventional corporations are formed with a company constitution that puts profit above all. Isn't it still rare that a corporate constitution puts social goals above the bottom line?
