@kensanata the guide says "Remove the memory and SIM cards, if possible. Since in many cases your data is stored on these". I think we can disregard the comment about RAM. Not sure why intel would think RAM stores data when powered off.
@resist1984 @kensanata maybe they mean "memory cards"? "memory and SIM cards" as a shorthand for "memory cards and SIM cards"?
