@eff It's a mixed bag. It sucks that banks discriminate (I've been refused an acct & the bank wouldn't even give a reason). OTOH, if banks are forced to serve anyone, this could be an advancement on the . That is, saying "the bank can refuse to serve me for any reason" will no longer be a defense for keeping cash.
