@PaulaToThePeople @XRBerlin I would add that we need to distinguish willful ignorance from manufactured ignorance. That is, manufactured ignorance is the effect of false science from team climate denial, where ppl are doing their duty to be informed but getting misinfo. Ppl who run away from info b/c they don't want the responsibility that comes with knowledge- that's willful ignorance.

@XRBerlin @PaulaToThePeople Inaction is the more hopeless battle. E.g. liberals in California know that fossil fuels are a big problem, yet they protest against democratic leaders who try to impose a high gas tax. The hypocrisy is killer. If CA dems won't accept a gas tax to the point of voting leaders of their own party out of power, there's a big problem.
