@eff high schools are violating #FERPA in countless ways and the US DOE disregards complaints on FERPA issues. What can the EFF do? I doubt the EFF will do what needs to be done (that is, to sue the US DoE). That page says to contact events@eff.org for questions. That's a #Microsoft Outlook mailbox that shouldn't be used & the address is generic.
