I'm moving soon and it looks like the new landlord has made a poor deal with some crappy network operator, which leaves me with only two options:

1. Accept the bullying and pay the network operator a monthly fee to give me the privilege to pay an Internet service provider to provide me a crippled Internet connection via the network operator.
2. Switch to (a cheaper) mobile broadband with a limited dataplan (200 GB).

It looks like I'm going back in time, but who doesn't like a challenge.

@hund It seems in Europe landline broadband ISPs block egress port 25, while mobile ISPs tend not to. So you may have more freedom to run a mail server w/option 2.
