@strypey Very glad to hear of this project. I was considering running a gopher server precisely to cut j/s out, but then I guess there's no TLS. #Gemini is the answer. Imagine if a privacy-centric search engine were to then start giving higher rankings to gemini sites -- it could actually start to kill off the shit websites we're all trapped into seeing to some extent.
