Every time I hear somebody talk about the water needed to make almond milk (which, in the carton, is 97% water), but not mention any of the enviornmental costs of dairy, I think 'one more win for the dairy lobbyists'.

@kensanata @b I think the Carrefour brand of almond milk sold in Belgium has around ~7% almonds -- so that also debunks the claim.
