@resist1984 i don't think it's their fault, from what I have read the Indian University system is absolutely abysmal. sub code-bootcamp-scam level.

@animeirl @resist1984 I've worked with many skilled Indians, it's purely a function of how much a company is willing to pay, even among Indian workers. The best programmer I ever worked with was an Indian woman.
