@bagder The embedded video renders as "Please click here to watch this video on YouTube" thus completely defeating the purpose of embedded video. Then the #youtube page blocks it w/a Google re #CAPTCHA. So fuck that. So then I try https://invidio.us/watch?v=dKT3vlIw6bQ and get "the media could not be loaded..b/c the format is unsupported".

@bagder I would expect it to work for you, as you would have otherwise seen the problem as fast as you create the page. Perhaps try rendering the page using Ungoogled Chromium over #Tor to reproduce the issue.
BTW, I would think you would want ppl to be able to access the videos using cURL considering that's your baby.
@resist1984 I consider it primarily Youtube's problem. The video is a bonus, it doesn't matter much if you need to click an extra time. And no, I don't think accessing youtube videos with curl is a priority either.
