@jeffcliff For your information, at 34C3 I proposed to all Tor developpers a presentation of my finding regarding Tor desanonymization technics not based on IP addresses (Active fingerprinting identification technics based on hardware) - I have been censored. Then I wanted to present them my low cost solution to one of these technics family thanks to a low cost FPGA board : Tor developpers censored the presentation of my solution too.

I concur with @torproject's propensity for censorship. Simply pointing out inconvenient facts in their IRC channel can trigger emotional response & kickbanning, for example. They are hot-headed kids.
