@EmbraceTheGray So the YouTube video I watched took me to https://ubuntu.com/appliance. On this website, I selected Nextcloud -> Intel NUC. The installation instructions are laid out here. The video made the same choices and I had an old Intel computer. Not a NUC but still Intel.
