Is there any software that can patch a boot partition so that I can inject arbitrary scripts in the boot process? Asking for a friend

There is no one issue more disturbing to me than the non-consensual redistribution of my likeness by literally everyone. I don't let my friends do it -- why the hell would I want a company to do so and sell it to a government body known to target people of my profession?
