@schestowitz Nordea in Finland has been moving people onto an authentification app or code device as well as the banking app itself for over a year now. It is almost impossible not to use it: the alternative for old people is a hardware device. Paper code lists have gone!

It will achieve nothing at all for the simple reason that not eating doughnuts for 48 hours is not the same as joining a gym.
The latter might result in you giving up doughnuts 29 days a month.
The former will see you back on the doughnuts in a couple of days feeling unnecessarily pleased with yourself because you have shown Dunkin' who's boss.

@Tyrent I was thinking about filtering though. In insta almost EVERYONE except sellers is there to post photos. Here there is an extra layer to get through. So I was wondering not just how I could alert people to pictures but also how I could create a list, or a filter, to look at a timeline that was all pictures - that was, in effect, an insta inside Mastodon :)
A question about customs & norms in the federverse: if I want to replace Instagram with photo-posts here, what tags should I use to tell people what I am up to, so that they can find me? For example is #instagram a thing? Or #photography - or what? Any suggestions appreciated!

@ben_dw Among other things I teach online media and we touch on Agile. I have a student writing an MA thesis on Agile project management right now: based on an Agile-based design project he is leading. Timely or what!!!
