Cryptomator works fine with WinBTRFS formatted hard drive on Windows. If you use same hard drive on both Windows and Linux with Cryptomator and you don't want low transfer speeds WinBTRFS driver is a solution. Link:

I don't intend to play on official servers, my friends will host and I'll play with them. It just felt like false advertising to me

I've bought ARK: Survival Evolved game on Steam, it should be Linux native but when run without Proton compatability its just buggy and slow. Kinda dissapointed, never had problems with Linux native games. It works fine with Proton and anti cheat engine disabled.

@syntax I feel like Qubes is for Snowden privacy/security level needs, if you use any Linux distro with some understanding on permissions and networking that you are very solid ground in terms of privacy and security. If you also need anonymity use Tor browser or OSes that route everything trough Tor such are Whonix or Tails. Qubes needs good hardware to be usable, I might use it when I get good PC.

Process of calculating stuff needs to be automated, and report (document) also needs to be automated.

I would like to write some code behind GUI and have formatted document (which consists mostly of math expressions) as results of execution. My idea is: Python (backend), Qt5 (GUI) and Latex for building formatted documents. There are probably some libraries for Python-Latex interaction but do you know a better way to do this? Any ideas appreciated

I like how Germany in recent time dropped MS Office for LibreOffice in their educational system and they increased they overall FOSS usage. This paper feels like government saying: "We understand that you still use Windows as necessary evil, this is how to make it secure until you switch to some decent OS."
