@apetresc
I find dark mode easier on my eyes but maybe I'm exception. I'm also running night mode with warmer colors and I don't find myself rubbing my eyes after whole day(s) starring at computer screen. Maybe its individual after all

Whats the reason behind using light mode? Didn't see that post

Yikes. Nano Adblocker / Defender has been bought for an undisclosed amount and under new ownership. The privacy policies for the Chromium versions have been removed.

@syntax Other way is to use Wireshark and sniff traffic which your smartmeter sends or recieves. Either way you will be doing some sort of man in the middle attack

@syntax Routers cannot see DNS requests (maybe some can, mine cant) which your smartmeter may request, but you can set your smartmeter to use your Linux machine as DNS proxy and log DNS queries. This can be done using dnscrypt-proxy package, you can enable logging with github.com/DNSCrypt/dnscrypt-p
and if your smartmeter sends some requests you will be able to see them by filtering logs with smartmeter IP address.

@sheogorath I want the same. This way is some sort of "pirating" their website content without need to disable adblocker. I see this as loss for those websites, just scrap for info you need without giving them profit.

@sheogorath
You can tweak nano defender with ublock origin to bypass this prompts. Check out this guide and test it with site you visited.

@Wetrix
Did you try to disable wifi when connecting wire? Your router might be confused which ip to dedicate to your pc. Just turn off wifi and restart router, things should fix themselves

@syntax
This all can be done in bash much simplier than python (and faster too), so my guess is bash

@Wetrix
I also started with mint and ubuntu, legit distros

Anydesk, I've been using it for month and no problems whatsoever

KeepassDX from F-Droid seems totally broken to me, I can unlock database but its content isn't shown. Anyone else with same problem? Previous version worked just fine

@kzimmermann
PiHole with Wireguard and some dns encrypting software (dnscrypt-proxy, unbound or cloudflared). If you host clearnet website its never been easier to redirect tor user to .onion version of it, just setup tor service and adequate webserver header.

@peexea
Use public VPN and it will be hard to track what your downloads are if there are 1000 more people torrenting from the same IP address
