@m_svo This makes sence, there probably will be some legal charges if leaked code is used. Now that I remember it they specificaly asked to make Win7 code open source

Remember when FSF demanded source code for fixing Windows after Windows 7 reached EOL? Maybe they will find something useful in these recent leaks?

TIL that you can paste Latex numeric formulas (with Latex formating) into Wolfram Alpha and get final result

'yay -Rns' should be aliased as 'nay' upon every fresh install of Arch based distro.

Some bad news for folks who are fans of #uMatrix. It's being archived and no longer being developed :
github.com/uBlockOrigin/uMatri

Can't say I didn't see this coming since maintaining a plugin, particularly as an open source project, is often a thankless job with many personal down sides

I hope it can still continue, if not as uMatrix, then as something else. I really don't like to fiddle with uBlock Origin to get the same functionality

I've just recently found out about Windows BTRFS driver: github.com/maharmstone/btrfs
I've tested it with my flash drive and works great. I don't have need for instant snapshots but for r/w access on both Windows and Linux machines with constant transfer speed (NTFS transfer speed tends to drop). So if you have that need I very much recommend this.

Clean energy? Good. Chance of world going kaboom? Still good

@kravietz
I'm not educated enough to take stance on RE or nuclear, but nuclear sounds way cooler imo
@Wetrix

I was just watching "The hidden secrets of money" series by Mike Maloney. It seems little bit cheesy at first sight but its very educational.

@kravietz
Two explanations for them:
1. Lack of education
2. Too much disinformation on social media

The Social Dilemma movie explains nicely second point
@Wetrix

Feature-Policy header is replaced by Permission-Policy, it has same purpose as Feature-Policy but name of header should be more descriptive of its purpose, and some syntax is changed. You can read more about it here:
github.com/w3c/webappsec-permi

You can copy/paste Permission-Policy header for disabling all permissions here:
lakic.one/en/securityheaders/

@kmic
Yes, alas. Maybe they will switch in the future, Discourse open source forum has option to use mailing lists.
@Wetrix

@Wetrix
Local foss community uses it, I just subscribe to mailing list which is on g groups

TIL that you can sign up for Google groups without using Google account. Just send email to group-you-are-subscribing-to+subscribe@googlegroups.com (notice +subscribe part and - part if there are spaces between), just be sure to send it from email account you want to recieve emails to. Group email can be found on information about that group

You should follow Distributed Denial of Secrets on here. They've been draconianly suspended from Twitter for publishing BlueLeaks, an 270gb archive of leaked police documents @ddosecrets
