PopOS is based on Debian, you can give it a try. I'm using Manjaro and I'm pretty happy with it.

Google meet has better infrastructure than some jitsi instance and is more reliable, what they could do is to selfhost their own jitsi instances, but I guess that would be expensive and more work to do. I don't support Google meet but why Keybase integrated it is understandable, they want to provide reliable service to compete with MS Teams and Slack

I'm under attack, my brother and sister came to hometown due to corona virus and brought their pcs and took all ethernet ports. Now my raspberry will collect dust for month or two, no more PiHole :(

Keybase SSH, useful if you are sysadmin in charge of managing users pubkeys on server, you don't need to add or remove new/old keys with this because it uses one single pubkey which signes other pubkeys, signed pubkeys are allowed to connect. It behaves like CA in some sense, more here:

I guess those are images from external resources hosted in US, they can't download it and host it because of copyright. Thats just my guess, I wouldn't bother that much for it .svg is image format
