There are providers that offer some blocklists if you choose them, like Quad9, but I don't think you can customise it. If you want to block some website you can do that in uBlockOrigin addon, for DNS level blocking I recommend using PiHole

Mozzila has good intention with enabling DoH by default but what could they do to make it right? Some drop down menu or prompt while installing Firefox to choose provider to use DoH seems really non friendly to new users, even regular users

Thats what I did with raspberry pi and pihole, but never set up DoH, I have set up dnscrypt though for DNSSEC, but very few domains use it which is very sad

I also studied when I was i elementary to do division with ":", and it was in textbooks too. They changed that when I was 6th or 7th grade.
