I wonder why people build wooden houses in areas that have high probability of tornado in America? I know its cheaper but brick house with some concrete walling could withstand very strong tornadoes, only roof would be needed to repair

I didn't enter it directly, https everywhere should upgrade connection if there is https available. Thats what I was told it does

Something smells fishy here, when I go to rar.bg it connects me using http, but I also can access https just by typing "s" in url bar. I also got https everywhere extension but it seems that it doesn't upgrade connection to https. Addon fault or rar.bg does this on purpose?
