Hospital mask should work, they have to legaly ban them for us not being able to use them. That won't happen because virus spread cause, some doctors even recommend when you get out on the street to use them.

You can use those hospital masks, if someone asks you why you wear it you can always respond with "I have flu and don't want to spread it". Socially acceptable mask if you ask me

Good way of keeping your about:config synchronized in Firefox whenever you distro hop is with user.js file which you can add in your Firefox profile folder, settings are applied when you restart your browser. Some lists displayed in privacytools.io are:
