I know its not complete solution, but its kind of workaround. You can ask Fedilab dev to see if he knows any other solution

@greyor
You don't add new account, you can see in your existing account timelines for different fediverse projects. I also tried that way you are doing and had problems. More here:
fedilab.app/wiki/features/reor

by the way instances which participate in transparency (right now Pleroma instances only) can use fediverse.network to find out what instances are believed to block yours.

we are working on extending transparency to the various Mastodon forks through NodeInfo. if you want to see transparency in Mastodon, get Gargron to add NodeInfo support today, as we're trying to have a mostly standardized reporting format.

@ryandaniels
Yes, thats how I understood it. Keyservers are outdated way of sharing keys, good solution is Keybase which devs can use to show their PGP keys alongside their proven social accounts, feels way safer that keys belong to people who are they representing to be. Users don't need Keybase account, they can just pull keys in traditional ways.

@stefanclaas@mastodon.social
It is privacy improvement for users why whould you hate it? I hate Facebook but that is good move from them, people will see in options that there is place to put PGP key and they will wonder what it is.

@greyor
Works fine on Fedilab, just go to reorder timelines and you can add it from there

@ryandaniels
Good article, but title little bit misleading? Broken in sense of "web of trust", but not in cryptographic sense? Or is this a first in series of articles that will show how OpenPGP is broken?

If you want to manage your timelines, there is a small article on how it works.

@Vortax
Here is from Fedilab wiki guide that was posted recently more on what you can do with instances.

I am able to change and save WiFi DNS options in Android 9 , I am also able to change but not save those settings in Android 6. Any ideas why?

RT @alexey_r@twitter.com: Hundreds of incredibly popular and widely deployed Java libraries & JVM compilers are still downloading their dependencies over HTTP with no integrity checking t.co/E0C79O3Bqs

@Vortax
Its not buggy, works fine. Just enter correct domain name and validate.

@Vortax
Np, but it seems little buggy, I know that I saw toots from mathstodon.xyz in federated timeline, but can't find that instance on add instances.

@Vortax
Yes, and one last thing. You can set specific instance to appear on specific card (like public, local, home) or in other words to follow local toots from other instance. In fedilab you go to Rearange timeline and you can add others instances there, also they don't have to be Mastodon ones, you can add Pixelfed, PeerTube etc.

@Vortax
Also, you can find users of other instances if you know their username (and our instance is aware of it)
