was checking out tube.privacytools.io, it seems there is always at least one peer on every video, is that the uploader? or a server acting as a back up when no one else is watching?

@yeahmate12 Server acts as backup when no one else is watching. More people watching = more peer to peer bandwidth and less load on server to serve content.
