I've switched to Manjaro after long time of hearing good reviews all around Linux community, still getting used to different package manager than apt, but its rock solid distro. I only had problem with bootloader with separate partitions for / and /home, it couldn't be recognized so I installed / and /home on same partition. Will test it with Lutris platform for gaming after I get home

KDE, I'm satisfied with performance
@nikolal KDE or Mate or other? I ran KDE for about a year on a thinkpad. Then I put Mate on a low spec Lenovo with AMD cpu and loved it, so I reimaged the Thinkpad with Mate. Super fast!
