if a nation state can block access to a domain, they can trivially block access to all the domains listed on fediverse.space or similar sites
@taoIt is more censorship-proof than centralized services, for example everyone of us could selfhost a mastodon instance and not list it anywhere, how will state blacklist all of our domains? They could but that would take a lot of time and effort
