Anyone using Bromite on Android? I currently use Kiwi Browser with uBlock Origin, but am always on the lookout for something better.

Bromite is Chromium plus ad blocking and enhanced privacy; take back your browser

There are two downloads for each cpu type. One is named modern, and ist almost double the size.
Why is this. I found my question on XDA and reddit, bo no andwers.

@rudolf
I'm using Bromite from F-Droid, you should add its repo and download from there

Using the Fdroid repo gives me the same two files I get from the Bromite site. I compared them. They are not built/signed by Fdroid.

Fdroid says the 53mb version is for Android 4.4, and the 95mb version is for Android 5+. How can this be?

@rudolf
I don't think Bromite app should be build/signed by F-Droid, after all Bromite app comes from separate repository and it should be signed with key from that repository. As for different file size I don't have good answer, I only get one file/app to download when using F-Droid and Bromite repo.
