@Wetrix that's no good. The grounds that control of money is for sovereign nations is bad too. All cryptocurrencies can be banned on these grounds. And I don't doubt they will ban them eventually

@mister_monster oh yeah they will ban them.

As much as I like crypto, they should be banned.

If there's anything we've learned from bitcoin it's that unregulated currency without government oversight is a bloody distaster of schemes, hacks, thefts and ponzi dumps.

@Wetrix life is a disaster of schemes, hacks, scams and thefts. That's why we all do lots of things to protect our information. Cryptocurrencies just enable people to engage in finance without coercion, from banks, governments or anyone else. In my mind engaging in commerce is a human right, and cryptocurrencies enable people to do that without restriction. I should be able to buy something from you or sell you something you want without a man there telling us how we are allowed to do that.

@mister_monster that's how it was.

But you have to realize that's exactly why regulation and institutions were made.

To many people got ripped off etc

@nikolal @mister_monster I'm just saying there is a real that system is in place. 😊

The world existed before banks and regulation of currencies and that's what created them.

People fed up with been scammed, robbed etc without any recourse.

@Wetrix
All that I'm saying is that you should educate yourself more on how cryptocurrency things work and see what they can do if you do them properly. If you ever had bank experience you would know how much they own your life, cryptocurrencies bring that control to your hands, you don't need banks to pay or send or recieve money, thats the whole point. And there is no authority who could forbid you that.
@mister_monster

@Wetrix @mister_monster
I'm not being agressive or mean or something like that, just saying if you learn more about it it should change your mind on how you see them, thats all

@nikolal @mister_monster nah is all good I don't mind conversation that's why we're here 😁

Where did the calling you a nazi comment come from though?? I'm completely baffled on that comment lol 😂

@Wetrix
It was reply by @Outernaut, I guess he deleted his account. He said that my ideas reminded him from from ideas in Germany in 1930's
@mister_monster

@nikolal @Wetrix lol he probably removed the toots and blocked you.

To be fair I don't think he was trying to call you a Nazi.

@mister_monster @Wetrix
Did I overreacted really? Calling my reasoning like its from nazi Germany (1930's)? Anyway its immature of him to block me before clearing this out, maybe we could find some common ground.

@nikolal @Wetrix I dunno, I feel like I recall him having a different point but he messed up his point by referring to Germany in the 30s instead of something else. I wish I could see the comments so I could reference them right now lol

@mister_monster
I usually delete my notifications, although I doubt that I would be able to see that reply if he deleted his toots
@Wetrix

@nikolal @mister_monster oh OK yeah I went back to look but I think he deleted his account or something.

I must've missed the 1930's comment.

@Wetrix @mister_monster I've felt that I was put in same category as nazis, maybe I got more sensitive online as online trend dictates

@nikolal @mister_monster is OK. I totally missed that message where he said something like that.

I thought you were referring to me that's why I was so confused lol 😂

@nikolal @mister_monster wait what? Who did that? I have to scroll back and look. OK I'm confused hold on. 😅

@Wetrix
Banks are responsible for this crisis in which seems we cant get out of in the first place
@mister_monster

@Wetrix @nikolal yeah, and that might work for some people, but the option to take the risks should be there. Scamming people using cryptocurrency is already illegal, it makes it easier to get away with but harder to do if you know how to protect yourself. And I don't particularly have faith in institutions that let banks steal while the rest of us need permission to use cash at the store. I'm more likely to get an overdraft fee than get robbed.
