@nikolal No, I was on Tor, not logged into any account. The YouTube website should do it for all visitors.

With uMatrix on regular browser you can block those prompts, I'm using it with VPN and checked with different IPs with clearing cache, cookies etc. I was never prompted with that "privacy reminder"
