Can we make a no-Nazi GPL or other open source license variant (BSD, LGPL, MIT, cc) which could keep gab et al from hijacking open source projects for bad ends?
Can we make a German GPL which works by incorporation of Germany's anti-Nazi laws?
Under what convention or law can that be enforceable in USA and other countries?
