I guess you can buy RaspberryPi 4 with best performance and attach some HDD to it. He can use it for selfhosting, VPN, adblocker etc.
@nikolal That's a good idea, but this one in particular already has all his baord computer needs fulfilled, and he buys only open source boards :D
