just wanted to thank you for trying to help, but I gotta bail. All this is Greek to me - may as well be on Mars. Changeling;s Guide is inaccessible to me, apparently. s/he appears to have gone out of business. I couldn't even figure out how to post on Riot ;)
It was a bold move for me, but sans a road map, a civilian just goes in endless circles searching in vain for a way forward.

@BurungHantu I have none - that's why I'm here - to learn a bit, but mostly to locate a privacy savvy techie who wants to make a few bucks and convert me to anonymity

don't feel too badly on my account - was sort of prepared for this - yours is a different world and one I'm not too fond of - but this site can help me to my goal of going dark on the Web - privacy matters to me and I just learned a short while ago of the despicable moves by the us gov't , Patent Office, Google and FB to steal our privacy in 2000 - kind of lit a fire under me to get this done
