@now Absolutely! I'm growing some baby kale but may have thinned it too much as if it were normal sized. Probably should just scatterplant them. :)
@morganizeit Nice info behind that link. If you're in to this nutrition, check out microgreens (immature greens, after spout, before baby!) They have 4-40x more nutrients than their big leafed versions. I started growing my own a few weeks ago.
