@Wetrix lol I tell people, wired headphones. Passively powered electronics are always superior to actively powered electronics where there is no novel use case. The same applies to dumb devices vs smart devices. Does the additional tech improve the primary use case in a novel way? The answer is almost always "no" but the use case to the vendor or manufacturer is improved, and that usually means data collection or vendor lock in.

Just plug your headphones in and turn your stove on manually.

I’m 6 foot plus.

Wearing wired headphones is a guarantee they will be yanked off or out of my ears within the hour.

@JoYo me too, but I've found ways. Like keeping my phone in my shirt pocket. Or extending it with a short aux type cable.

I refuse to charge 2 batteries to listen to whatever.
