So apparently the Reddit mobile app has been caught scraping users' clipboard. Anyone else heard about this?

@mister_monster any app can read your clipboard.
iOS is reporting it to users now but app developers never had to care till now.

@JoYo having a permission to read the clipboard is different from actively watching it, scraping it and sending it home. Everyone at Reddit should be ashamed to go out in public, this is malware.

@mister_monster im just glad the platforms are taking this shit seriously.

how long did it take Android to let you deny access to contacts from an app without killing the app?
